The quality of the goods and services we deliver reflects our ability to live up to the promises we have given. High quality is something the recipient rightly expects.

Confidence:         Our commitment to quality - from product development via procurement, production and distribution to customer service - is the paramount focus of our business.

Our customers assess the quality we deliver partly on the basis of their experience of us over time, partly based on specific experiences. Building up customer loyalty is a time consuming process. A single negative experience of any organisation or product can be enough to seriously impair customer confidence. We aspire to be recognized for quality in everything we do.

Built on history:     We operate in an ever-changing market where intense competition is the order of the day. The evolution of the EC single market from 1993 onwards has further intensified market competition. In this situation it is vital to highlight quality as a competitive advantage, and to show our customers that we are committed to complying with their requirements and promoting quality throughout the organisation. A thoroughly documented quality assurance system and official certifications are available to satisfy our customers that we will continue to deliver as promised.

Although we are greatly helped by our history as a supplier of quality, a positive past is no longer a guarantee for the future given the marked increase in customers' quality awareness. The customer also wants security for the future. In this respect our combination of historical experience and quality assurance system is certainly a foundation for continued confidence with our products and services.

The quality management system, now guiding our work, is a precondition for ISO 9001, however, it should be noted that this was not compiled to meet the demands of a certification process. The greatest value to us is in our ongoing commitment to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system, through the setting and monitoring of improvement objectives.

This policy should be communicated to, understood by and adhered to by all persons working on behalf of the organisation. This statement will be subject to annual review, to ensure its continued suitability.
